Course Description:
This course provides a comprehensive overview of OSHA’s recordkeeping requirements, with a primary focus on the OSHA 300 Logs. Participants will learn how to accurately document workplace injuries and illnesses in compliance with federal regulations, ensuring that their organization meets all legal and reporting obligations.
Through practical examples, interactive discussions, and hands-on exercises, learners will develop the skills needed to properly classify recordable incidents, complete the OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 forms, and maintain records for regulatory inspections. Special attention will be paid to recent updates in recordkeeping rules, electronic submission mandates, privacy protection, and common mistakes that can lead to penalties.
