OSHA Training

10-Hour Classes

Mid-America Safety & Environmental has Outreach Trainers on staff that provide an intensive training curriculum that exceeds OSHA requirements. Upon completion, the student will receive a temporary 10-hour card until the official OSHA 10-hour training card is received. Our classes are conducted with professionalism, real-life examples, and can be customized to meet your specific needs.

  • Walking and Working Surfaces
  • Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention Plans and Fire Protection
  • Electrical

TYPICAL CURRICULUM – CONSTRUCTION

Required

  • Introduction to OSHA
  • OSHA Focus Four Hazards including: Fall Protection, Electrical, Struck By, Caught In-between
  • Personal Protective and Lifesaving Equipment
  • Health Hazards in Construction including: Hazard Communication and Silica

Optional

  • Materials Handling, Storage, Use and Disposal
  • Tools – Hand and Power
  • Scaffolds
  • Cranes, Derricks, Hoists, Elevators, and Conveyors
  • Excavations
  • Stairways and Ladders

$145.00 per person and materials include:
