HAZWOPER Training

In compliance with OSHA regulations, every company needs to have their employees trained in Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER); OSHA Requirements 29 CFR 1910.120 (e)(1)(i). This includes all employees and management working on site who are exposed to hazardous substances, health hazards, or safety hazards.

Mid-America Safety & Environmental offers several different classes to ensure your employees receive the required training prior to engaging in operations that include exposure to hazardous substances, safety, and health hazards.

  • 8-Hour On-Scene Incident Commander
  • 24-Hour Emergency Response Technician

RE-CERTIFICATION

To maintain training status each course requires an annual refresher course.

  • 8-Hour On-Scene Incident Commander*** – $275.00 per student
  • 24-Hour Emergency Response Technician*** – $425.00 per student
  • 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Worker** – $525.00 per student
  • 8-Hour Hazardous Waste Refresher – $165.00 per student
